Start with the files your team already uses
Microsoft offers business plans with differing access to web, mobile, and desktop Office applications. Check the chosen tier if locally installed Word, Excel, or PowerPoint is essential.
Google Workspace combines tools including Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Meet. Its business tiers differ in storage and capabilities. Our recommendation is to test actual documents, spreadsheets, and meetings in either suite before moving a team.
Compare the plan, not the headline price
List requirements for email, storage, meetings, administration, and devices. Match each to a named subscription tier. Compare billing commitments and taxes in the region where you buy.
