As enterprises around the world explore how AI can help improve efficiency and productivity, Lenovo emphasizes that successful adoption starts with a solid foundation built on readiness, trust, and measurable outcomes.
That principle recently earned Lenovo the Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialization designation, recognizing its expertise in helping organizations turn AI strategy into tangible business results with Microsoft 365 Copilot. The achievement builds on Lenovo’s deep collaboration with Microsoft across devices, cloud, and services and reflects a shared commitment to unlocking the full potential of responsible AI.
Backed by Microsoft-supported initiatives such as Copilot Proof of Value (POV) workshops and the Microsoft 365 Copilot Jumpstart Program, Lenovo helps enterprises turn AI exploration into impact by pinpointing where Copilot can deliver the greatest value, preparing employees to use it effectively, and tracking quantifiable productivity gains. These initiatives give organizations hands-on experience with Copilot in their daily workflows and the readiness to extend adoption across the business.
“The Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialization reinforces Lenovo’s commitment to helping customers make AI adoption real, responsible, and results-driven,” said Rakshit Ghura, Vice President and General Manager of Digital Workplace Solutions at Lenovo. “Through our AI adoption framework, proven customer outcomes, and Lenovo’s own enterprise experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, we’re helping organizations turn everyday tasks into opportunities for innovation.”
In addition to guiding customers on their AI journeys, Lenovo has applied the same principles internally as an early adopter of Microsoft 365 Copilot. Lenovo rolled out the technology to hundreds of employees across 180 countries to boost collaboration, creativity, and productivity. The deployment followed Lenovo’s AI Adoption Framework, ensuring alignment with the same best practices now used with customers.
In just the first 90 days, 65 percent of Lenovo users reported productivity gains, saving an average of 1.9 hours per week, while three-quarters said they would recommend Microsoft 365 Copilot to colleagues. These results validate the effectiveness of Lenovo’s own AI Adoption Framework in preparing organizations for responsible, protected, and scalable Copilot deployment.
“Microsoft 365 Copilot gives our teams the confidence that comes with having the right information at their fingertips,” said Chris Combs, Director of Alliances Marketing at Lenovo. “Whether it’s preparing for a meeting or a major business decision, AI is helping us be better prepared than ever.”
Lenovo’s internal deployment also laid the foundation for helping customers realize similar results. Lenovo developed repeatable best practices across security, people, technology, and processes now used to help customers ensure Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption delivers sustained business value.
Lenovo customers globally are realizing business value through Copilot solutions deployed using Lenovo’s AI Adoption Framework:
- 321 Coffee, a mission-driven SMB, streamlined daily operations and creative workflows with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- CrossBoundary Group achieved an 89 percent daily-active-use rate across 250 users through a phased rollout guided by Lenovo’s AI Transformation Team.
“Microsoft 365 Copilot is very much embedded where our people are working, so employees can interact with it without leaving their Microsoft 365 apps. It puts the power of AI at their fingertips,” said Peter Ogolla, IT Manager, CrossBoundary Group.
Lenovo’s latest Microsoft designation is being highlighted during Microsoft Ignite 2025 (November 18–21), where Lenovo is showcasing its AI adoption and change-enablement services that help enterprises operationalize AI responsibly and at scale.
