This June, we had the privilege of hosting our second annual Lenovo 360 Circle Summit in Geneva, Switzerland. The event brought together nearly 200 participants from 32 countries—uniting channel partners, thought leaders, and key stakeholders to collaborate, share best practices, and accelerate progress toward collective sustainability goals. Together, we explored new opportunities to strengthen the channel’s role in building a more sustainable future, spotlighted the impact of refurbished devices, and outlined the next phase of Lenovo’s sustainability-driven partner initiatives.

Sustainability has become the foundation of modern business, driving lasting value for people, the planet, and profit. At the Summit, we discussed how we are advancing plans to expand the Lenovo 360 Circle and welcome new members into our community. A key priority for us is measuring the tangible impact of our initiatives to ensure they deliver meaningful results. We remain committed to accelerating the adoption of circular economy principles and sustainable business models by improving access to ESG data, enabling transformation, and setting a standard for leadership in sustainability practices. Our mission is to generate a ripple effect of positive change that empowers businesses, communities, and individuals to embrace responsible consumption. By driving collaboration and innovation, we are building a more resilient and sustainable future.
Since its launch in 2021, the Lenovo 360 Circle has grown into a global community of changemakers dedicated to advancing responsible consumption, circular economy practices, and inclusive innovation. Today, the community includes 565 members representing 2,661 local entities across 52 countries. Nearly half of these members (48%) have dedicated resources to sustainability, and 22% are minority-owned and managed businesses—demonstrating the power of inclusive growth in driving meaningful impact.
At this year’s Summit, we were proud to unveil a series of pivotal updates that will shape the next phase of growth and impact for Lenovo 360 Circle:
- The new Sustainability Sales Kit offers updates to the Lenovo Partner Hub to support customer requirements, new Learning Paths to position sustainability as a sales driver and dedicated webinars to learn from third party experts.
- Through the Lenovo 360 Circle, we aim to deepen collaboration and foster active participation from every stakeholder—suppliers, partners, and customers alike. The Advisor Program gives customers the expertise, knowledge and tools needed, while the Allyship Program offers the ability to expand influence and impact with the ICT industry.
- Bringing together executives from Lenovo, community members, and sustainability experts, the Executive Advisory Board was established to ensure long-term value creation for our members by fostering collaboration, anticipating sustainability requirements, and strengthening market leadership through sustainable innovation.
Over the course of three days, we convened workshops and panels that explored critical topics such as AI as an enabler of sustainability, workforce equity, data transparency, inclusive growth, sustainable investments, balancing ROI with circularity, and fostering responsible ecosystem leadership. These discussions underscored how innovation and collaboration can unlock shared value across the channel.

We also had the privilege of celebrating our partners’ outstanding contributions. Twelve awards were presented to recognize achievements in areas across sustainability commitments, social impact, outstanding climate action and more.

By taking action in 2025, we move one step closer to our commitment of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050, in alignment with the Science Based Targets initiative’s Net-Zero Standard. Initiatives like the Lenovo 360 Circle Summit play a pivotal role in reaching this goal by fostering the collective learning and collaboration needed to advance sustainability across the channel and beyond.
